Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack with Care
Place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent transit damage.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
